Or-e-Gone!

RouteTwo years ago, as Mickie, Sebastian, Santana, and I drove from NYC to LA, we were veeerrrrrryyyyy tempted, as we pulled out of San Francisco, to call an audible and head north to visit Oregon, extending our road trip.  Mickie’s aunt Karen has a several hundred acre tree farm outside Philomath, OR, and we’ve been thinking about it ever since.

At the time, though, the Handegard foursome needed to get to our new home and settle in.

Two years, and a foursome turned quintet later, we’re off.  Going to spend the next month in Oregon with an open schedule and no set agenda.

We’re off today, with a trip up the coast. First stop:  Big Sur.
